CARDO protection unit has conducted training for the Community Response Team (CRT) in Naivasha, Hai Masna IDP camps, and Kpaile-Bazia Payam. The training is aimed at strengthening the capacity of the Community Respond Team (CRT), in order to strengthen the active participation of the community against all kinds of SGBV in the community, to create awareness of the rights of women, and motivate them to actively participate in handling and reporting of GBV cases within their community. The training will enable to strengthen the capacity of the community networks to effectively address protection issues in their various community structures and across the state with their capacity built in terms of preventing and responding to SGBV.
